In this article, we are going to talk about how to transfer DU balance, DU international credit transfer, how to transfer the balance from du to du, and how to transfer the load to Etisalat.
In today’s society, everyone uses digital devices and uses various telecom services. Every day, these devices and telecommunications networks make people’s life easier. Because of this digital technology and telecom infrastructure, networking is exploding like wildfire, and communication is becoming increasingly simple. As a result, two telecommunication corporations in the United Arab Emirates provide the greatest telecommunication services to UAE residents. Those two companies are DU and Etisalat.
So, let’s start with DU.
Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, or DU, is a major telecommunications operator in Dubai. Locals and visitors alike use the services of this well-known local business across the city. While many of us are notorious for using our balance and internet package at the end of the month, the du balance transfer service is available for those who are more conservative with their usage.
Customers can transfer credit to friends and family both locally and globally as a result of this. If your family member or friend wants to borrow money from you, you can send him a DU balance in this method. This method can be used on both post-paid and prepaid. You can transfer or load your DU balance in the following way:
- Fill in the blanks with * 121 * and the recipient’s phone number.
- Press # to enter the amount in dirhams.
- Please keep in mind that transfers should always be made in multiples of one AED (Examples: AED 5, AED 55, AED 101, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation code.
The following is the way to transfer DU international credit transfer.
- Send the word “SEND” to the telephone number 1700.
- Fill in the international phone number to which the credit will be transferred.
- Select and confirm the available transfer balance.
- A confirmation message will be sent to you, and a similar one will be sent to the receiver to confirm the balance transfer procedure.
You’ll get a list of various currency denominations after entering the international phone number. You can select the required transfer value from here. There will be no additional charges on the transfer.
Du has made changes to its credit transfer service “One 2 One” as part of its continued efforts to increase client satisfaction. Credit transfer can be multiple Dh1 with quantities ranging from Dh2-Dh200. Customers can send credits to up to 25 friends in a single day, with transfers equal to or less than their account balance.
Credit transfer is an easy process:
Pay-as-you-go clients can send Dh30 to the cell phone number 055 1234 567 by dialling * 121 * 0551234567 * 30 #.
They will receive a text message confirmation of the payee’s cell phone number and amount, followed by the transfer.
You can transfer Etisalat balances even if you don’t have the app by dialling the numbers on your phone’s keypad. Credit transfer does not necessitate any additional registration. Transferring credit from one Etisalat to another Etisalat is available if a consumer owns a prepaid or postpaid Etisalat mobile.
To transfer money, dial *100*mobile number*amount# on your phone’s keypad.
You will be prompted to confirm the transfer after you have transferred the credit to another Etisalat user. You must respond to Etisalat’s mail with your acknowledgement.
To confirm the transfer transaction, hit number 1, and to cancel the transfer transaction, press number 2. If you choose number one, your transfer will be completed.
