1.- Get the needed QR code

- Now, register the eSIM service on your device
- If you need to register a new phone number:, the QR code can be obtained from your operator when registering a new phone number.
- If you already have a phone number, the QR code can be generated using the My Etisalat UAE application.
- Finally, you need to scan the generated QR code from the device on which you want to activate it.

- Insert your SIM in your device (the physical one)
- Connect to the internet on any Etisalat outlet
- You need to download the My Etisalat app on your mobile phone
- Now log in to your Etisalat app
- Now click on “activate your eSIM”
- Once you select these options, your sim gets deactivated (you will not need it)
- Now, you will see your QR code
